we need a mascot. and I'm not being stupid. I'm looking into sports tournements and all the schools have a mascot.

so, any ideas?

also, if we created a fencing team, who other than Manuel and I are interested? Marie-Ange, Angelo, Shiro and Illyana, I think all have sword experience (even if it isn't with european fencing)

I'd be interested. My sword training's only basic, and it wasn't "fencing", exactly, but I'd be up for learning.

Doug too, a little.

I am not sure that what I learned is anything like fencing, since I spent a majority of my time hitting targets with the flat of the blade instead of the edge. I am not overfond of making people bleed.

But I could learn, and if I have any kind of skill, it might be fun.

you poke people with the tip of the blade mostly in fencing.

but really, the only requirement is you ahve interest and know enough to not poke an eye out. that'd be bad.

You know, Angelo and I were just thinking about starting a PE class for the younger kids, but I think some organized sports teams would be awesome, not just for fencing. I've seen some of the kids play a mean game of basketball between classes. We could really make something out of this!

and please, no turtles! I'll have to hide from the little kids again and thier Michleanglo analogy! Then how am I supposed to teach them dodgeball?
