I figure almost everyone's going any way, but how about making this Red Cross thing a HeliX event? Be good publicity for both us and the Red Cross, and the shots of mutant and human kids donating blood together would look great on the telly...

I think .. that is probably a very good idea.

I think most of us are there as Red X members anyway, but maybe we should do something HeliX related as well, even if it is just buttons or pamphlets.

The stupid donation rules irk me. I cannot donate because I am from Europe? That is... I have not had any mad cows!

You and me both with the can't donate thing. Mad cows, plus certain... um, lifestyle choices knock me out for quite a while.

I did not know that knowing Manuel was actually considered a detriment to blood donation. It is nice that the Red Cross considers such specific things.

Not _that_ lifestyle choice. Stuff I did before I got here. :P And since - seems I'm a bit too free and easy for the Red Cross people.

Sounds like a plan. I dunno if the people in both are gonna be able to wear the HeliX T-shirts with the Red X gear, but I'll ask--and hey, maybe the pins'll be in by then and it won't matter.

And I'll start calling people and seeing if they can clear their schedules, because, you know, us teenagers, we plan that far in advance. ;)
