Well, if looking up your skirt is what helps me find a family resemblance, that either implies I've seen Sam I Am enough in order to compare, or that I will, following seeing you. Concurrent to that suggestion is the very fact that there might be a family resemblance between you that looking up skirts will achieve. Which either means you have a...y'know or he has a...thingy. Either way, I'd just like to say 'ewwww.'
